My Thought of The Day

Imagine having to work for 48 hours with only less than 6 hours rest. I can't believe I live to tell this terrible experience.
Not only you only get to go back around 4am, getting to sleep around that time period was the hardest part. Yet, not only I do not have energy for tomorrow's work, no appetite nor drowsing the whole morning, I had to drink coffee just to keep myself awake. Indeed, whenever I have a short break, I dozed a number of times.
Thank God! I was "ordered" to go back early today. Although outside is stormy weather, I just can't wait to get back home.

So what is the lesson of the day:
Much of these stress, cannot be eliminate or reduce, if you know how to do your planning work, whether it is some deadlines to meet, project papers for submission, worst still examination tomorrow.

So please do your planning wisely using SMART method, and you will not need to experience the living hell as I had been through... Cheers...
